I Migliori Vini Italiani 2020

Bossi

La Marchesi Gondi - Tenuta Bossi, wins more awards, the news comes from the guide The Best Italian Wines 2020, Luca Maroni.
Among the wonderful evaluations of the wines of the Marchesi Gondi stand out the Chianti Rufina Riserva Pian dei Sorbi 2016 with 93/100, the Rossi Colli Toscana Centrale IGT Mazzaferrata 2013, with 94/100 and finally Fiammae 2016 with 96/100.

Fiammae 2016 is bright ruby red. The nose is very intense and of great complexity, with sensations that begin with red fruits both fresh and dehydrated, such as cherry, strawberry, raspberry and then declined with spicy and toasty notes. The spiciness is sweet and closes with nuances of bitter chocolate and sweet tobacco. The taste is powerful and rich, the tannins are tight and silky. The fruity notes of strawberry and cherry and the toasted and spicy ones are repeated in the mouth. A wine of great personality.

Final
comment by Luca Maroni:

&Gondilt; Gondi. A substantially improved glass, now at the top of regional value. Oenological qualities of great cleanliness and turgid stainless steel reveals the fruit of Violana 2018, really new in expressive tones, then the spicy Pian dei Sorbi Chianti Rufina Riserva 2016 and the fragrant Villa Bossi Chianti Rufina Riserva 2015, two wines of rare integrity. Of even higher carat and lineage the Mazzaferrata 2013, Supertuscan with the combination of density and clarity really exemplary. The absolute best is the Fiammae Limited Edition 2016: here the consistency, balance and integrity, or rather the power, softness and fragrance are those of the absolute champion in viticulture and oenology applications. Chapeau >>
